She seeks out small producers who pour their hearts into their craft, creating oils with genuine character and a taste that stands out naturally.

These are limited production oils, made on a scale too small for supermarket shelves, but truly deserving of a wider audience.

Why KUE Olive Oil

Each Kue Extra Virgin Olive Oil is cold pressed below 27°C to protect its natural flavour and quality. The olives are hand picked at the right stage of ripeness, then pressed and stored with care to preserve their aroma and taste.

  • KUE Kids – pressed in 12 minutes
  • KUE Premium – pressed in 15 minutes
  • KUE Gourmet – pressed in 25 minutes

This gentle process produces a lower yield per harvest, but every drop retains its pure flavour and natural goodness.

With acidity as low as 0.2%, KUE sits well below the 0.8% limit for extra virgin olive oil, and within the range typical of top tier oils valued for their freshness and quality.
